ENZO CAROSCIO - DIRECTOR
Enzo Caroscio is the director of the company and has over 20 years experience as Lead Design Architect for a number of leading Australian Architectural practices. Enzo’s portfolio of work includes a diverse range of significant and award winning projects throughout Australia and Internationally. Enzo’s talent and commitment to design has led to the successful design, authority approvals and delivery of a number of medium and high density residential developments. His hands-on approach strives to evaluate every opportunity to ensure the client’s needs are met and the best possible project outcomes are achieved. Working through from concepts, to documentation and construction delivery, Enzo aim is to ensure the project’s vision and design intent is maintained within the project’s parameters.
kate russo - associate architect
Since completing a Masters of Architecture at UniSA, Kate has had 9 years experience working within the Architecture and Design industry. During her time at Woods Bagot, Kate worked on some of Adelaide’s most iconic projects including the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) and both Stages of the Adelaide Convention Centre Redevelopment.
Kate has worked with Enzo for over 8 years and has developed a high standard of project delivery and documentation across both Architecture and Interior projects. Her contemporary design flair as well as a strong technical skill has seen Kate lead complex projects through the design process to their successful completion. She has been pivotal in steering several projects through complex challenges including briefing and the design process and aligning project design aspirations with project budget and program.
james plunkett- architect
Since completing a Master of Architecture in 2010, James has gained experience working predominately on education and heritage projects in Adelaide from early inception through to final completion.
James understands the detailed and sensitive approach required when working with heritage fabric. His project experience spans from master planning of entire heritage precincts to adaptations of both State and Local heritage projects
James is a senior architect with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and on budget. He prides himself on his thorough and diligent approach to architecture. He is a valued team member with good communication and problem solving skills met with enthusiasm and vigour to ensure the design intent outcomes are met.
henry kent - graduate of architecture
Henry is a Graduate of Architecture with 3 years experience with EC Architecture. His strong conceptual understanding together with his talented software skills make Henry a valuable team member in evaluating and developing the best conceptual architectural outcomes for the project.
Since joining ECA, Henry has gained a broad project experience from multi rise apartment projects to dealing with additions to a State Heritage home at Kirribilli.
